We Are a Warm, Forward-Thinking Congregation

We're a pretty varied bunch with all kinds of backgrounds.
Some have lived here all their lives, some grew up here, some left for work,
some came back to retire, and some moved from other places in Canada — or the world.
We come from a variety of faith backgrounds and life experiences.

We welcome differences — in opinion, faith, sexual orientation, politics, you name it.
Faith is not a one-size-fits-all proposition, but a process that's different for everyone.
We invite respectful conversation and are curious to learn more about others. 

We work hard on offering a place where everyone can feel safe and accepted
for who they are.
This is not always easy, and sometimes we make mistakes along the way,
but it is important to us. Only together can we learn from our differences.
