Our Vision

Open Doors

​We are an active, forward-thinking congregation. Church doors are open for public worship on Sundays and for other activities during the week. Many community groups use our space. In July and August we provide visitors with a quiet oasis for contemplation. We are committed to increasing inclusiveness and kindness.

Open Minds

​We cultivate a spirit of openness and questioning, and welcome you wherever you are in your life's journey. We seek to grow together in worship, small groups, and discussion circles. We value thought-provoking moments and realize that we live in a time when asking questions is vital to our life's path. Then we invite you to find your calling, and to serve wherever your prayers take you.

Open Hearts

Our worship services engage heart and mind. We care deeply for the world we live in. We open our hearts to God's presence in all of Creation. We learn from Jesus, who accepts us in our weakness and loves us in our need. We know that we need to fully accept and support each other to go more deeply into a faith that nurtures and sustains.

Our Mission Statement

The congregation of Annapolis-Granville Pastoral Charge acknowledges Jesus Christ as the head of our church.  As Christians, we join together in a spiritual journey in which we experience and participate in the redeeming love of God through Christ. With the help of God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit, we will:

• grow in Christian faith
• encourage new members 
• witness and reach out to others in our families and communities
• encourage and nurture people of all ages to develop and understand a commitment to Christian living through worship, prayer, education, sacraments and by example
• work for peace and justice at home and abroad 
• care for others through our prayers and our outreach support​
