The Annapolis Basin
We live in one of the most historical areas in Canada. First and foremost, we acknowledge that we are in Mi'kma'ki — the ancestral lands and unceded territory of the Mi'kmaq people. We pay respect to the Elders past and present.
Established as Port Royal, Canada's first European settlement, by Samuel de Champlain in 1605, the Annapolis Basin area is rich in history, arts and crafts, and blessed by beautiful natural surroundings.
